It should be noted that despite all the reviews during the completion and collection of the questionnaire, 12 questionnaires were not properly completed and were excluded from the review cycle. Using a review of previous literature, six indices of process-oriented versus result-oriented, employee-centered versus job-centered, professional-oriented versus local-oriented, open system versus closed system, easy control versus hard control, and legalism versus pragmatism were considered as organizational culture indicators. The DEMATEL technique was used to analyze the data, and based on the analysis, the index of legalism versus pragmatism was introduced as the most influential and most affected index, which also had the highest interaction with other indices.
